Guidance Marine undertakes to protect your privacy and personal data. The purpose of this privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) is to explain how Guidance Marine Corporation and its authorised partners and affiliates ("Guidance Marine") process your personal data related to the Guidance Marine websites and internet service ("Websites"). Guidance Marine processes your personal data in accordance with the Finnish Personal Data Act (523/1999), the Finnish Information Society Code (917/2014) and other applicable personal data legislation.

Guidance Marine's Websites use marketing automation software from vendors operating on Guidance Marine's behalf, which use third-party cookies to track website use.
