At Guidance Marine we understand the importance of having spare parts and experienced personnel where
you need them. We continue to invest heavily in developing a network of service agents, equipped with
a full set of spares to cover all the major offshore areas of the world.
In the unlikely event that an issue develops with your Guidance product and repair facilities cannot
be located in the region, we recommend that you contact our Customer Services team.
Our Customer Services team is made up of experienced Service Engineers and is on hand from 8:00 to 20:00
UTC for direct or second level support. To return any material please obtain an RMA first by contacting
a member of the team.
